Duties: puts together the budget of the parish; supervises financial operations of the organisations that work under parish goverment according to the budget; puts together statistical reports; organizes the work of the parish goverment accounting; is responsible for accounting to be correct according to the laws; is responsible for entitlement of the financial acts; supervising payouts from the bank account; supervising of the budget incomes and outcomes; making monthly reports of fund outcomes;  supervising of exsiting resources; making annual report with additions; calculation of the parish goverment officials' salaries; overview of the incomes; supervising loans; comparing payments with organisations and persons; making bank transfers and communication with the banks.
